Flowerlovers is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the freshest quality and best available flowers as per your order.
Please see below for the terms and conditions of sale, when ordering online at www.flowerlovers.com.au
We accept orders from all worldwide destinations as accepted by our payment provider, PayPal. We only deliver however, to the Brisbane Metropolitan area and beyond. Please refer to our delivery details page for a list of delivery areas and postcodes.
All prices quoted on our website are correct at the time of publishing, are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, or the service provided by Flowerlovers, please retain the original order and proof of purchase and contact our Rocklea Showroom on 07 3278 0655 as soon as possible to discuss with our florists.
Flowerlovers are committed to providing excellent customer service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Refunds and Replacements may be issued at the discretion of management after the assessment of your order has been completed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner as original payment method.
Regretfully, Flowerlovers cannot issue refunds if the original order has been disposed of.
Please refer to our delivery details page for a list of delivery areas and postcodes. We deliver Monday to Friday ONLY.
All online orders placed before 11:00am on weekdays will be delivered on the same business day.
We DO NOT offer weekend delivery services except for the weekends of Mothers Day and Valentine's Day (if it falls on a weekend). If you place an order for a weekend not listed above, your order will be sent out on the next following business day.
If the postcode for your delivery area is not listed, or you are placing an order outside of these hours, please call the shop on 07 3278 0655 to discuss options with our helpful sales staff.
To all business and residential addresses, we attempt to deliver by 6:00pm, using our dedicated courier service.
Any online orders placed after 11:00am on any weekday will be delivered on the next working day.
Online orders cannot be cancelled the day of delivery.
If a wrong address is given, we will re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe and covered location as deemed appropriate. In the case of secure apartment buildings, we will contact you for an alternative delivery address which will be charged at as an extra delivery fee or we will return your order to our Rocklea showroom where you can arrange collection.
Local Pick up:
Same day local pick up from our Flowerlovers store is available for orders placed before 11am. All orders placed AFTER 11am will be available for collection the next business day or on your selected day of pick up.
Pick up orders will be ready for collection within 3hrs of placing the order (if placed with in same day cut off time as stated above). You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Please make sure you include your contact number at checkout for order updates.
Pick up orders are available Monday to Friday only.
Flowerlovers is not open Australian National and Queensland specific public holidays.
Valentines Day and Mothers Day:
During our peak periods: Valentine's Day and Mothers Day, all orders placed online will be included in our delivery runs for the day where possible if ordered within the appropriate time-frame. While we will make every effort to ensure your delivery is handled in a timely manner on these important days, we suggest that to secure your delivery, you phone our Rocklea Showroom on 07 3278 0655 in advance of these important occasions.
During these peak periods we regret to advise that we cannot take timed deliveries.
We also advise that any orders placed online after the close of our Mother's Day pre-order period (being cutoff Midday AEST Friday 7th May 2021) will be delivered the following business day being Monday 10th May 2021.
Pre-orders received within the pre-order period are awarded priority delivery on the basis of the sequential order in which they are received online by Flowerlovers.

As flowers are subject to seasonal availability, the arrangements in our online shop may differ from that which is pictured. Flowerlovers reserves the right to substitute unavailable flowers for that which is of a similar nature and value.
Cancellations must be phoned through to our Rocklea Showroom on 07 3278 0655 as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued by original payment method if cancellation is made before day of delivery.
No cancellations will be allowed, nor refunds given if cancellation is made on day of delivery.
