Please keep in mind that due to the volume of orders, our courier will try their best to deliver your order within business hours.

 However, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times or ensure the delivery will be made before the close of business. Please ensure you provide us with sender and recipient details, business address, and the close of business. 

We recommend sending your florals to your residential address or collecting at our store located at the Brisbane Flower Markets.

Please keep in mind that all residential Valentine's Day orders may be delivered up until 8 pm.

If your area is not listed, please call us on 07 3278 0655 to confirm.

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11 am on weekdays (unless an alternative delivery date is selected at checkout). Please note that our courier is only delivering on Saturday, the 14th of February; all other weekends will be unavailable for delivery. 
• Orders placed after 11 am on weekdays will be delivered the next business day. 
  
• We are unable to have your order delivered or ready for pick up at a specified time.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, or the service provided by Flowerlovers, please retain the original order and proof of purchase and contact our Rocklea Showroom on 07 3278 0655 as soon as possible to discuss with our florists. 

Flowerlovers are committed to providing excellent customer service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Refunds and Replacements may be issued at the discretion of management after the assessment of your order has been completed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner as original payment method.

Regretfully, Flowerlovers cannot issue refunds if the original order has been disposed of.

Cancellations must be phoned through to our Rocklea Showroom on 07 3278 0655 as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued by original payment method if cancellation is made before day of delivery.

No cancellations will be allowed, nor refunds given if cancellation is made on day of delivery.
